From what I know, only the ones that say "hinder stamina" will hinder your stamina.

The reduction in rate is pretty minor, but noticeable.

Usually the last sentence, Giants and Black Iron I believe say it. As far as I am aware heavy armor in general slows down your stamina recovery a bit, and ones that say hinder do it a little bit more.

Check out these two links. The first one is an awesome stat planner (from itsthatguy). It will tell you your stamina recovery/second with your armor. The second will give you a breakdown of every armor and every armor stats (from Rhynocerous).
