    Headshtos is guaranteed stun, except with Iron Flesh.
    New use of Throwing Knives confirmed? Need testing.

    Well in reality it made sense, since the player would put his head up front and compress their body like a ball and real small target with the head being the first thing up front. With you as the player shooting down from higher-up, meaning you're shooting from an angle most likely to hit the head, on top of the fact the head is actually centered around your lock-on which is where you aim it at.
