Must be SL 99, no more, no less.

I think a Path of the Dragon representative shouldn't be using weapons at all.

I don't think the Dragon one is very good to be honest. Are we looking for a good character for PvP to represent or a character to be good? I mean the build is, fine, not amazing, at least I think so, but its not dragon at all. The only real dragon thing is that the spear is so long and really is benefited by dragon's roar.

Maybe something more like this, with plenty of repair powder, and use Havel's Shield for buff, then remove to kill stuff with awesomeness.
