good point on the internet, you wanted to know something you looked at a physical entity called an encyclopedia. Christ i remember getting stuck on a game, walking into town to the game shop picking up a guide reading about where i was stuck putting back the guide and then walking back home to continue on.

Those were the days, you had to actually play a game to finish it, no YT videos, no forums, no online friends to ask for help, just you and the game.
I used to take the disc and memory card (PS one) to a friend whenever I got stuck somewhere, hoping he could get through it.
The games seemed more difficult, but also way more rewarding when you finally succeeded.
Man now I feel really old...

The fact that I have to scroll down to find my birthyear now when prompted to enter my age on websites.
