    More area and boss ideas

    Duke's Archives Rooftop

    This area is accessible through Seath's room in The Archives but only after you beat Seath. Activating a lever opens a large door which leads to a long crystallised staircase to the top of the Archives. The stairway will be populated by Channelers and Crystal hollow archers. In an enclave guarded by two powerful Crystal Golems will be a unique Crystal Golem armor set which can cause serious Physical damage by punching someone with it although it cannot be upgraded and you also cannot arm a weapon or shield when it's equipped. Passing a fog gate on the top of the stairs leads you onto the rooftop and into a cutscene.

    Boss: Belaferatu

    This is a strange one eyed bat-shaped dragon which shoots sonar magic from his eye to paralyse you. When paralysed he can either slash you or he can grab you with his claws and drop you from the rooftop to your death. You get a two second warning before he uses his sonar attack so that you can get out of the way. He also breathes sonar blasts which can cut through you unless you're using a good magic resistant shield.

    Cutting off Belaferatu's tail gives you a Sonar Greatsword. The two-handed R2 attack unleashes a sonar blast which causes magic damage and is capable of hitting multiple times.

    Upgrading a +10 greatshield gives you the Beleferatu Eye. It has great magic and lightning resistance but poor fire resistance. This shield's L2 unleashes a paralysing sonar blast but each use costs 100 durability.

    Abyss of the Giants

    This is an area which can be accessed from the swamp area just below Nito's fog gate (Where the skeleton babies and Pinwheels are) by sliding down an EXTREMELY long coffin. This area has been corrupted by the abyss and needs two light sources instead of one for you to find your way around. Both the Skull Lantern and Sunlight maggot would be a necessity here. It contains a more powerful version of the Skeleton dog as well as new enemies, The Skeleton Horse with Murakumo-wielding Skeleton Giant riders and the Giant Skeleton mage which casts Dark Magic. A Pyromancy can be found here called Nito's Miasma. This creates a purple fog which causes curse build up. Negotiating a narrow walkway with drops to either side and Giant Skeleton mages on ledges at both sides leads you to the boss fog gate.

    Boss: Lieutenant Eligos and Black Steed Abigor

    Eligos was a lieutenant under the command of Artorias. He learned the art of abysswalking with his Commander so he could accompany him in destroying Darkwraiths. He did not have the unbending will of Artorias so he could not fully master the art. As a result he and his horse became corrupted by the Abyss and they both went mad. They were defeated in battle by Artorias and banished to the lower reaches of the Tomb, which in turn became corrupted.

    Eligos carries a Giant two bladed Lance infused with Dark Magic and rides on the back of his hideous winged horse Abigor. The lance has a blade on each end.They use charge attacks where Eligos tries to run you through with his lance. The horse can also grab you with his teeth, fly into the air and drop you from a height. The horse also fires out dark flames from it's mouth. Killing Eligos first triggers a cutscene where Abigor grabs Eligos's lance, snaps it in two with his teeth and grabs both parts with his wings. He becomes more aggressive and can now do devastating bleed causing slash attacks with the lance pieces on both wings. Killing Abigor first triggers a scene where Eligos chops off Abigor's wings and attaches them to his own arms. He can now fly around the arena and his attacks become more powerful. When he's beaten he drops the Equa ring which boosts the strength of Pyromancies.

    Ascending a +10 katana with the Abigor Soul creates a Dark Katana, this weapon is a piece of the Eligos lance and is infused with dark magic. It requires 28 intelligence and 20 dexterity to use.

    Ascending a +10 Halberd with the Eligos souls creates a Dark Lance. It has a un ique moveset and is also infused with Dark magic. It requires 28 strength and 20 int to use.

    Eligos and Abigor are both Demons from the Ars Goeta btw

    Blood Oath

    A long crooked and bent dagger, the blade is brown and orange with rust though the edge still shines as if it were freshly sharpened. There are runes carved into the blade and a stone charm hangs from the handle.

    "This small twisted blade holds runes of old, one can only imagine the rituals it was used for..."

    This would be a dagger with no scaling upgraded with twinkling titanite.

    One Handed:
    R1- Horizontal slashes left and right causing low bleed poison and toxic buildup.
    R2- A combo of stabs, first straight forward, then a spin and a reverse gripped stab followed by then pushing the blade further forward. Causes moderate bleed buildup but low poison and toxic.

    Two Handed:
    R1-vertical slashes alternating which shoulder they start from. Causes low buildups.
    R2- a slow grappling move that if successful will grab an enemy and plunge the blade into their chest. The enemy will encounter normal damage from the blade as well as an instant bleed. The one wielding the weapon will also get the bleed damage.

    leads to a dank cavern system above the tomb of the giants. A lightless nightmare inhabitede by the foulest of both living and unliving creatures.

    Primary enemies:
    giant centipede (toxic and must be killed in segments if you can't reach the head, can climb walls)
    skeleton dogs
    flesh eating insects ( similar to the catacombs beetles but aggressive, dmg o t if you make contact with swarm of them)
    bonewheels

    Boss:
    Bone chariotteer: a chitin armored undead riding a chariot made from interlaced rib cages and a pair of bonewheels pulled by a skeleton dog, formerly a knight on pilgrimage this hollowed rider met with the displeasure of his companions and was thrown down a well to his death, or so they thought.

    the charioteer starts the fight in his vehicle able to charge and runover the player for high damage against the player, the chariot can be broken by killing a bone wheel or the dog, doing so releases the other two creatures into the fight to assist the rider who is armed with a crossbow, and a large bone club.
    onec you win you receive a set of "stained blueprints" which can be given to the giant black smith in order to create the Wormwood crossbow which fire three bolts at once in a narrow spread pattern, it weighs 7 pounds and requires 30 str to wield as it has a unrefined spanning mechanism (brute force pull the string back onto the trigger.)

    Rugged Bow

    Description: "This bow, once a mighty slayer of monsters, has become rugged and old due to its past use. While it once contained powerful enchantments, the glyphs holding the power have withered away. It is nothing more than the common shortbow now, although it still retains some of its old powers."

    No scaling means that its decent base damage will be its only good factor. Some slight split damage just to throw in any effects that certain weapon paths may contain.
    Could look like a greyish version of the shortbow, with some feathers here and there to make it look as though it was once pretty powerful.

    Blood Ritual

    A long bluish sword with a glowing edge. Runes are visible on the blade as well as a stone charm that hangs from the handle. The blade is wide yet thin and full of tiny serrations.

    "This long expertly crafted sword has been well kept over the years. Those who heard of its use in ritual and tried to use it for their own agenda quickly met the same fate as their victims..."

    The sword's requirements are 16/16/0/0 and scaling is B/B for physical damage only

    Blood Ritual inflicts curse upon its user as well as moderate bleed damage to the enemy. The curse inflicted is much more sever if you DO NOT hit your opponent during a fight. The curse will also be reduced when you are hit.

    R1: To horizontal slashes followed by a stab
    R2: Player reverses grip on the sword and does a backhanded leaping uppercut.

    Two handed
    R1: vertical slashes.
    R2: Player lunges and stabs, upon connecting a secondary input will twist the blade causing more damage.

    Blood Bringer

    A large sword made out of a wooden frame that looks like a dragon and a cleaver like blade from it. The frame is now rotting away and the cleaver is rusted and chipped.

    "Much like its victims this blade smells of decomposition. Once the pinnacle of weaponry this blade now lies forgotten..."

    R1:User recklessly swings from right to left with little control of the blade
    R2:User spins all the way around, the blade then plants itself in the ground and the user is stunned for a second.

    Two Handed:
    R1: user swings in a verticle arc, then leaving the blade in place takes a step forward and repeats
    R2: User stabs forward. If it hits its an instant knock down. If it misses the user stumbles a few steps forward.

    Boss Fight: Sir Kristian



    Sir Kristian wears a dark outfit with lots of knives strapped to him. He does melee and ranged attacks with knives. This boss fight is a little unusual because Sir Kristian knows how to manipulate time.



    Single Attacks:



    Speed Increase: He moves faster then normal.



    Knife Storm: He throws multiple knives at once.



    Deflect: He deflects an arrow with his knives.



    Evade: He dodges an attack. This is done similar to Wesker’s dodge ability.



    Double Attacks:



    (This part is supposed to be about him rewinding time to team up with himself. It’s like Ayumi in Blades of Time, but you don’t see the rewind because you’re not the one rewinding time.)



    Back stab: He’s in front of you while a double appears behind you. Then the double will do a back stab. While your falling the original will move to the double’s location. Then the double will disappear. (It’s supposed to be he ran behind you, rewound time, and then backstabbed you.)



    Guard: A double appears behind the original and attacks a different target. Later the original will move to the double’s location. Then the double will disappear. (It’s supposed to be he rewound time and started attacking another target to protect himself.)



    Throwing Knives: A double appears near him, and both of them throw knives at the targets. Then the original moves to the double’s location. Then the double will disappear. (It’s supposed to be he threw knives, rewound time, and then threw more knives.)



    Cover: A double appears away from him. The original attacks with melee, and the double attacks with throwing knives. Then the original moves to the double’s location, and the double disappears. (It’s supposed to be he did melee attacks, moved away, rewound time, and then threw knives.)



    Cover 2: A double appears away from him. The original attacks with throwing knives, and the double attacks with melee. Then the original moves to the double’s location, and the double disappears. (It’s supposed to be he threw knives, rewound time, and then did melee attacks.)



    You Defeated:



    He will drop 24 throwing knives when killed. (Get it.) These are exactly like the throwing knives already in the game. He will also drop his soul.


    His soul can also be used to make a special dagger, The Blade of Time. The R2 / L2 will slow down time by 50% for 5 seconds and uses 51% of the weapon’s durability. The casting time is 1 sec. If the durability is less then 51%, then it won’t work.

    spell: frost ball
    hits the target in a soft ball of ice, letting out its icy breath depleting the durability of the opponets weapon
    spell: shard blast
    sends a large shard at the enemy at lightning fast speed
    spell: shard blast
    small AOE that scatters small shards of ice at the enemy
    Spell: flash freze
    creates a small layer of frost on the ground slowing movement
    weapon: Cryromancers aura
    basically like the pyromancers flame but rather than a Int base it is Faith based and adds a light blue glow to the skin of the user
    cyromancers sword: a sword that is enbedded with the soul of a holy cyromancer. acts like the aura but in sword form, scales S with faith and needs 40 dex to use (scales c)

    I loved all the ideas i read i only wish the game developers would have/ would put them in DkS or DkS2. Here's my idea of a weapon hope you like it.

    (The magic power is dependant on the players character status should they be evil they get magic, should they be good faith, and should they be in a nuetral status they wouldnt get a magic bonus but a higher physical bonus. The A modifier would eventually turn into an S and only give the blade 100-150 power bonus physically.)

    Description:

    "Made by a foreign blacksmith from a long lost forgotten country.This blade was once wielded by an insane samurai known for tammpering in the soul arts. As a result of his tammpering with the blade it now holds both the energies of light and dark. With these energies the blade itself, moveset and powers of the katana vary from the reflection of the intent of it's wielder."

    Notes:

    The blade will change from black to white with various coloring depending on the players character status. The powers are the specials for the R1 and R2 and the colors for them which follow the same pattern for the sword color.The attack moves for normal katanas are the same with this blade except the specials

    Attack specials for Evil:

    The H1 R1 for evil (or toward evil) is the character backstepping while putting the blade into the hilt and then taking it out and realesing a horizontal energy slash that travels from short to medium distance. If blocked at a distance it deals only magic dam and eats a small chunk of stamina ,about 32 points, if blocked at close range to where the blade can hit the shield it still deals magic dam but physical dam also and eats about 50 stamina points.If it isnt blocked its possible to stand if you have enough poise but you will get pushed back without the poise like the mlgs 1H 2R should you get hit by it. This move takes up 50 durability points.

    The H2 R2 is a wog sized AoE where the character takes the sword lifts it in the air and points it down. For about 3-5 second the character charges up energy (which the enemies can see)and then thrusts the sword into the ground and releases an explosion. This move is similiar to King Allant's in DeS. It causes a push back at least if blocked and eats up about 70-80 points of stam if the enemy isnt blocking knock back no matter the poise and a good amount of dam. This move is magic dam only and uses 100 points of durability.

    Attack Specials for Good:

    The H1 R1 for good(or toward good) is the character putting his sowrd into his hilt then almost imeaditely taking it out in a vertical energy slash. The energy slash is more of a short range move like combustion. The dam if blocked is more magic dam than physical though physical does play a small part and so will eat up about 50 stam points if you get hit with the blade and energy slash. If you block the energy slash only you get only magic dam and it eats up about 25 stam. If you get hit by it and you dont have enough poise to take it you pushed back a little bit and while stumbling.This uses 50 durability points.

    The 2H 2R is has the character goes into a stance holding the hilt of the blade near their shoulders while charging energy for 3-5 seconds and then thrusts the blade forward with a surge of energy going for about a short to med distance and will do some damage to the side also. This lasts for about 3-5 seconds.If blocked in range of the sword to be able to touch the shield it deals some physical dam but more magic dam and will eat up about 75 stamina points. If you block the surge only it deals magic dam and eats up about 60 stam points. If you get hit you will get knocked back no matter how high the poise. This move uses 100 durability points.

    Specials for Nuetral:

    If the character is more nuetral they do not get any magic type special. The H1 R1 is a very fast iaito H1 R1 and travels a small distance. The H2 R2 is a cross slash and then two powerful thrusts that only deal physical dam. These two moves are fast making them hard to parry, they also take up no extra durability, and eat up around the same about of stam against the enemy but uses up a good amount of stam from the user.

    I think thats everything except how to get it. What ya'll think?
