Pretty sure you can't invade or summon help in the Asylum, even on the return.

Heh, sorry dude, it functions similar to valley of drakes, great hollow, and Ash Lake. No online interaction. Other than blood spots and ghosts of others.

You can't summon in undead asylum, it's impossible to put a soapstone down, hope this helps.
