Artorias Disciple

I wanted to do a new toon that can equip the GreatSword of Artorias, but I think I screw her up. She's way too balanced. For Artorias sword you need:

Strength 24

Dexterity 18

Intelligence 20

Faith 20

Shes suppossed to cap at SL 120. I wanted her to be able to cast all spells (INT 50), and wield a katana, dagger, curved sword (high Dex, no elemental) and of course the Greatsword of Artorias. Also her equip load cannot go above 25%. Any ideas?

Edit: She need to have at least 30 faith for WoG, Great Lightning Spear.

You are asking too much for a sl 120

Seriously forget it. A dagger will do more damage

This sword only does decent damage at sl 200+

Put the points in Str and Dex to use, then boost your Faith and Int to 50. No weapon will do more damage after that.

LOL Artorias and the Wolf replied first. Yeah I know Im asking too much. Shes supposed to be very versatile.

I was thinking to get her to 50 faith too but then I realized she will be very weak with low vitality and endurance!!!

even a specialised gsoa build is not that good at sl 120, it doesnt shine untill way after 200+ which you could do with that build and just go the forest or ask greengoblin about the FC 200 he was starting up.

Effigy Shield +15 (Should practice parry)


Velkas Talisman


Tin Crystallization or Logans Catalyst


Quelana Pyromancy Flame +5


Miracles, Spells, Pyromancies


Ring of Favor and Protection


Hornet Ring or Wolf Ring

try a fire effigy shield, i think its better and stability sucks anyway so you might as well get more fire protection or the dragon crest is good too.

There's no way you would be SL 120 with those stats, no matter the class you start with and, anyway, in PvP you'd be dead before the fight starts.

Don't know what armor but you better use crown of dusk with something that give poise.

Thank you for the link. And you are right, without more vitality and armor shes dead very fast.

Anyways I really mess her up, I should not put too much points in endurance. I only need Dark Wood Grain Ring and its like shes under 25% + roll invulnerability.

Endurance also boosts your stamina, man.
If you don't have enough, you're dead, it's a great sword, not a katana.
