- Skarekrow's experimental dessert rice balls. Leftover jasmine rice with mandarin orange slice middle. Coated with caramel made with cranberry/ raspberry juice, brown sugar and butter. Haven't tried them yet

Serious nailed it. That's the extra oranges (which my daughter ate).
As for the rice balls, they were pretty awesome. They'd be better with higher quality oranges and I reduced the caramel sauce a touch too much but overall they were really good
