I just fought couple of times guy in Havel's, armor and legs at least...he had Mask of Child, wielding Ornstein Spear and Moonlight Greatsword, casting WoG (!), fast rolling...aggresive playstyle!
Oh man, me in Wanderer's...with chaos rapier, he knows how to dodge Pursuers, maybe he gets one Dark Bead in the face but that's it...
I can't stunlock him, can't damage him, he just runs forward, dualwielding his weapon, every BS of mine is canceled by his...
I'm starting to think that there are unbeatable bulds...combined with playstyle...

I tryed to reconstruct it just now, failed...maybe I was wrong about leggings, maybe they were chain...weapons he could be menu swapping...havel's and favour rings...
Like that I was able to put together a glass cannon of a sort...HP 790, looking at it I'm thinking that it shouldn't be too hard to beat...but it was immpossible...

Chilly, putting cheaters aside, if you meet someone like that, put your best shield up, turtle and observe the person.
If he really used all you described, his Vit must have been extremely low, because you need a LOT of End, Str, Dex, Faith and Int to use all of the mentioned things.
I met something like this, minus the DSS and the guy had measly 700-800 HP only. It's a form of glass cannon, just not that obvious.
