I still wouldn't pre-order it. I made that mistake with Skyrim and I'm not making it with the next Dark Souls either, even if it is a perfect game.

I'd never buy another From Software game if they were to sink so low as pre-order bonuses for Dark Souls 2.

I'm very grateful that FromSoft did not do this with either Demons Souls or Dark Souls. My thanks and congratulations both I give to them for that. I hope they continue this trend.

I'm against pre-order bonuses that are digital. I miss the days of physical pre-order items.

Dark Souls actually did give a physical pre-order bonus-an artbook. That's not an in-game bonus, which is my only concern. Models, books or so on that come with the game upon preorder I'm completely okay with.
