I can appreciate that. As a matter of fact, it falls right in line with the reason I ALMOST didnt enforce the 99 soft humanity request.

In my mind, 0 soft humanity only allowing 10 softs to chaos weapon users, seemed to fall more in line with the
"honor code" type of mentality.

The ONLY reason I allowed it, is because the inherent dps from a 2 vs 2 battle could be tremendous, and the benefits of having 99 soft humanity seemed to be more beneficial, even though it kinda nerfs my vit build a little.

Point is, VOTE FOR YOURSELF, talk smack!!!! I hope these "battles" feel light-hearted in nature, so much in fact, that even the most chivalrous person can feel like a "smack talker" lol.

Remember these builds aren't being used by the creator, they are being used by Robots that play very well.

As much as I love the Oroboro build I really can't see PW being anything but a lame timer in a 2v2 situation. As it is paired with a zero poise build that uses an elemental weapon (that looks like a mistake from the 40 dex) I simply have to give that fight to Billy2/dusk2

Battle 3

My thoughts:

-I like the chaos claw build in team 1, however, not with that vit and that weapon alone. I would've liked to see the thorn gauntlets for some added damage and effect, but the opponents in this match up also have low vitality. Also, the claw build will have at least 1 brief moment with practical invincibility.

-I like chaos blade builds, but not when 2 attunement slots are left unattuned. Its gonna be hard to make a case for what castings were supposed to be attuned.

-I'm not sure about the chameleon. I'm also having trouble with TWoP and Karmic Justice being attuned together. They would have to be used out of opportunity together, rather than by planning imo.

I'd say team 1 would probably win this match up, but be hurt in the later brackets.

Battle 4

Thoughts

-I think the build with the avelyn has it slotted wrong. Unless I'm mistaken, you cannot 1 hand left-handed. I might misunderstand the concept.

-Midrollers get a bad wrap, but the RoFaP, DWGR, and BDCR get overhyped as well imo. Considering the spawning points and the nature of the duels, it could prepare and function well.

-I think depending on the input from the tank build with the Gravelord Sword, we might have a great potential "winner" team in team 1.

-I think the build with the avelyn has it slotted wrong. Unless I'm mistaken, you cannot 1 hand left-handed. I might misunderstand the concept.

You actually can 1 hand left-hand the Avelyn, been doing it recently in the forest. It's not bad for interrupting spells, although I'm sure their are better options available.

I'm so happy with the turn out. We almost have 5 full battles, thats 20 submitted builds in a couple days.

@ Animal
TWoP and Karmic Justice were attuned together because that build wasnt made for this tournament xD I just posted it for laughs, but they wouldnt work together but instead would work in two different scenarios, TWoP to deal with a dex, and Karmic to deal with someone that is a heavy that i can 2h block and get a good return. I might try this build in the woods when i get my dark souls back.
