Soris, can I make a judgement? If we are all a team, we need either the same avatar, or ones with the same character and theme to it. Your avatar is good as it is, and Dib's, could improve.

Since it is getting close to that deadline Members might as well come here and should I copy the images posted or just find some of them and look for new ones and should I do that with videos too?

Videos, you can easily find your own, I like the independance of the videos you find. I wouldn't copy the images, more, choose out of the ones that the Ice Team have, and choose one for us all to have. I'm not sure, you could possibly find new ones, if we didn't like them, but I doubt it will come to that.

Okay I think the answer to the avatar issue is simple: As long as it has Cirno and something of Ice we can have different images, as long as we all agree on each one. Sound like a good idea?

My best judgment Dibs. I had to go through the classic elements and to decided to run each Cirno as a Roman god. The green Cirno is Venus: who is earth, The red Cirno is Mars: who is fire, the Second blue Cino to the right is Mercury: who is water, the gold Cirno is Jupiter: who is light. The only ones I'm not sure are the last ones to the left and right.
