Hey Plastic, I hope you weren't referring to me, I may be critical of games but I would never say that someone's choice of gaming is poor. The reason why I posted that video was because you posting about DI reminded me of that funny video.

I launched a saber cat with a punch once. I hit him and he just flew away. I was right near the dungeon where you get the light sword for that daedra, I can't remember her name, but you end up way up in the sky during a scene over there. I'm sure that probably had something to do with it.

The sword is called the Dawnbreaker.

I remember being pretty disappointed with most of the special unique weapons damage wise. I always did a lot more damage with the stuff I made myself. I think the only ones I used were the shield that repels magic with my orc, and the katana that you get from the Blades hideout, that deals extra damage against dragons.

I texted one of my friends that I wanted nun stew once. I can't remember what I was actually trying to say. I don't think I corrected myself either.

Or win. Either way.
Want to talk about fails? I was on my way to school this morning, and we got close to a foot of snow overnight. So I got in, turned the engine on to start defrosting the windshield, then got out to brush the snow off the windows and locked the keys in the car with the engine running. Such a wonderful start to my day.

We've all been there Plastic. Particularly in NY, where that is a commonplace order of operations. It's like the PEMDAS of driving in winter

Thankfully I have some experience with getting into locked cars. I used to work as a bellmen/valet, and part of my job was to get into people's cars who locked themselves out. Happens more than you might think. I had to do it at least once or twice a week. I've got my technique down. Did it in about half an hour this morning.

I shot a nail through my finger one time. I thought the nail gun wasn't working so I pushed down on the safety switch(which is right where the nail shoots out) and I pulled the trigger to see if would work. Needless to say, it worked. I was switching back and forth between nail gun and staple gun. They both have diffirent safety features.
Spectacular fail!

Ouch. Nail in the finger can't be pleasant. It's such a sensitive spot, like stubbing your toes.

I actually it didn't hurt. Well.. Except for the fact that I did it. Other than that, no pain at all. Blood started throbbing out when the nail was removed. I felt I little faint when that happened.PlasticandRage wrote:Ouch. Nail in the finger can't be pleasant. It's such a sensitive spot, like stubbing your toes.
It's not the worst that's happened too me. The worst; other than braking my tebia or what ever; is when I accidently sawed off the skin of the tip of my middle finger. It's healed up now. But it hurt annoyingly when I press down on the tip of it.

I can beat that. When I was a little kid, I was swinging across monkey bars on a jungle gym in my friends back yard. It was a wooden jungle gym, and the tip of a nail was exposed on one of the support bars. Most of them had those little rubber tips on them, but we played on it a lot, so parts were worn. Anyway, I dropped off the monkey bars, caught the nail just above the belly button, and then continued to fall down it. Cut me opened all the way to the chest. I still have the scar over 20 years later.
My knee was pretty brutal too. There's a thread about that with photos from a few months back. It's called something like "Want to see something gross?" Go check it out. It's horrible.
Found it.

My brother and I loved playing in construction areas when we were younger and this one time I was playing in the sand while he decided to hoist a large metal tube, needless to say, he wasn't aware of how heavy it was and my finger was right where he dropped it. As if a swollen, blue finger didn't hurt enough, my dad treated it by cutting the nail off entirely and poking through it with a heated needle to let the blood out so the pressure would be relieved. I don't exactly remember how painful it was though.

Win, and been there...more than once.
Fail = One time me and my cousin got drunk while trying to remove this huge tree stump in my front yard. After whittling it down with axes and a chainsaw, we decided we'd finish the job with my truck.
Thank God it was a beater. He floored it and I got to watch the bed get ripped off while I laughed and cried at the same time. We ended up burning it out.

Oh man. I saw that in a movie once. I can't remember what it was. Somebodies finger got all messed up and they released the pressure with a hot needle. I can't stand seeing wounds having to do with finger nails; like in the movies when somebody is being dragged and they try to claw and lose nails. Gets me every time. That and eyeball wounds.
