As a general rule of thumb. Don't mess with the amount of taken unless told so by a doctor.

It's a good rule of thumb, Vinyl. But sometimes I can't help getting discouraged.

Yeah your right I've never been off my meds before so I guess it's best if I just keep taking them. I really don't want to go back to therapy.

From my medical history, which is about a 600 page book, you should always listen to your doctor about your medication. That and if you notice any side effects get off quick.

It seems as though many of us do have some form of a mental illness. It seems as though everyone I meet now does, although many people I meet on the streets around where I live self-diagnose themselves.

From what I've been told seasonal is a very common form of depression that a lot of people have been diagnosed with.

Yeah not really a good way shorten it. "Seasonal depression" is short enough calling is "SAD" might be a bit misleading.

I can't say my mental health has really been much better, the only thing I can say is that some of my more "severe" symptoms aren't there anymore.

If all else fails, Tart, you can get a nice car. High-school chicks love dudes with cars.
