from personally i find that many are not as viable as the upgrade paths of regular weapons and can be fairly underwhelming, though some do stand out from the rest.

Theyre good at lower levels, but kinda useless later. Some of them can be fun but I would not recomend at pvp. Anyway, you will be learning the more you play. good luck

have made dark moon bow (nice!) quelaag fury sword (okay) chaos blade (seriously?!) Golem axe (not good at using it's r2) dragon fist (shoryuken!) aaand... crystal ring shield pre patch (look at me i'm tron!) wish there was a nice longsword boss weapon but i only see curved or large swords...

I use the Chaos blade, it's really fun (yes even against bosses with loads of health and mobs), im not gonna makes you feel awesome killing things with a weapon that saps at your life

I heard Greatswrod of Artorias was good at high levels since it has alot of scaling.
Didn't think any others looked worth it. My experiences with the Fury Sword have been good for me, bad for them, the Black knight shield blocks all damage.

restating my initial post what do you think would have been a good boss weapon? ( or could be with some tweaking via a patch or something...) and thank you all for you're responses (first time actually a part of a forum, first post to...)

You would need really high stats for the greatsword of Artorias to be any good, and even then, by the time you have those stats other weapons would be better.

I've heard good things about the lifehunt scythe, but mainly for PvP
Greatsword of Artorias and Dragonslayer spear can be good but both need you to devote your build to them.
though like i said, usually a +15/elemental weapon will outperform boss weapons if you stick to the 120SL cap.

oh! i've also tried lifehunt scythe. But i've never been good with halberds so... i ended up giving it away to some random host... oops... reply not new post, gaah!! wheres the undo button? never mind... i got it i think..

Imho, test them all out and see which you like, as long as your good at them they could only have decent damage and you'll be fine. Also have fun with the setup you pick.

I think the Furry Sword & Chaos Blade are kinda cool. its fun to use and they arent that bad even through there are alot better weps you can choose from. its your call wich wep you like to play with.

Priscilla Dagger is good times. Very fast attack and you can pepper your enemies with quick hits. Just when you think it's not gonna pay off the 50% bleed hits and kills just about anything. Upgrades with dragon scales to do some decent base damage (for a dagger) at +5.

I tried getting the dagger last night, but boy she's a push over. I killed her before I realized it.

It can be tricky. I let her kill me when ever she got low on health. Still easier than Seaths tail lol!

Agreed. I got her tail w/ a sliver of health left on her. Took two tries. Seath took an hour.

have a file with pricillas dagger, r2 is fun but i need more practice.... dragon king greataxe is interesting since it's enchantable and has the 2h r2 Wog move

Qualeegs Fury sword is pretty decent for pvp. Just have 25+ endurance and have it fully upgraded with 10 humanities and it still will do pretty good damage cuz it swings fast.
