That's usually the case.
When I retire a character I like to pass on the items to someone who'll benefit from them.
Once this character is cleared out, my new character will take his place. Hopefully in the form of a full Kirk

I have a Thorn set I don't use on a SL 55, PSN ID is the same as my forum ID
