Theres not really a best light armor, as with most armor sets they excell in certain areas, personally for looks i quite like great lord body, shadow gauntlets and legs, gold hemmed hood. But each to their own, experiment with it all, things i or others like you might hate and vice versa plus it'll be more fun finding your own prefered set than setting out for someone elses..

I have the wanderer's cloak or black cleric in mind cause they have long coats.

Yeah they're both quite cool i think i used black creic cloak with washing pole for like a sephiroth build but scrapped it after a while as i do with most my characters, have to many different ideas

Witches body
Iron bracelet (or anything that leaves the robes sleeves down)
Dark armor head
And any dark leggings (for pvp usually havels but thatll go over 25% unless your end is way up).

Nope, Just that I'm using it too on a int/dex build with rapier.
It's even more badass with rapier, even more than more with ricard's rapier.

A dex toon I have works very well with a mix of the Black Leather set (thief's set) and the Dark armor set (dark wraiths' set).
