The exiled gods: Fina, Velka, etc... and Dark souls 2

First off, one thing about the lore that seems to be a hole is what and how did minor beings come into being? The Black/silver knights, animals etc. aka What are they? Just putting this out there.

To the main point, as I was looking up an item on the dark souls wiki, but found something interesting. I'm not sure where they found the information, but the description for Fina and Velka both say 'forcibly exiled by Seath'.
We know Seath had his hand in Oolacile as well, and yet so little is said about this Seath guy.
Now, in conjunction with many clues from ENB such as Havel the Rebel, there seemed to be a hidden civil war with the gods.
Does Havel hate Seath(aside from being a dragon) for something more? Velka's spot was taken over by Gwyndolin. Velka's Rapier does Occult damage, and is locked away in the painted world. Velka and Fina both are from Carim. Does Lautrec kill firekeepers because of some conflict between Gwyn and Fina? Is Fina Gwyn's wife? Many questions.

Ring of the Sun's Firstborn says, "...but his foolishness led to a loss of the annals, and rescinding of his deific status". This lost history, what was it? Is it all connected?

Also, Dark souls 2 is stated to be a sequel. Carim is known to be of no-shield/roguish fighting themed people. Do the masked assassin have a crying eye for a reason hmmmmmm? Many things seem to fit rather well.

Thoughts and theories?

p.s. Why don't all bonfires have firekeepers, but the ones that do are useless if they are killed? Is this just 'game convenience'?

p.s.s. Gwyndolin has snakes in his dress... Is this symbolism of his gender-confusion or that he's hiding many things? He controls Gwynevere, who gives you the Lord Vessel, and the Primordial Serpents tell you specifically to get it from her. We know these sneaky snakes are up to no good, and being around as long as they have you'd think they'd know she is gone. Are they somehow in cahoots?
The Covetous Gold Serpent Ring says, "The serpent is an imperfect dragon, and symbol of the Undead". Does this connect with Gwyndolin, or Primordial Serpents? Or just the fact that undead can absorb more souls and humanity than the normal man, as the ring states "gluttony".

The 'exiled by seath' part is speculation, as such a thing is not referenced anywhere. This is also the problem with dks lore, since most of it is speculation the lore page mostly contains the few facts and items linked to persons, faiths and lands.

From developer interviews we know that Blacksmith Andre was supposed to be Gwyn's firstborn, or a descendant of him, but this was changed sometimes during development. They also dropped a big clue in another interview, mainly that the statues scattered around depicted Andre as well (I'm guessing they referred to the statues of the maiden with a child clinging to a sword).

The firekeeper bonfires was most likely changed during development as well, I'm guessing they originally were the only bonfires you could warp between, kindle or level up at.

I always thought Andre looked strangely similar to Gwyn. Sorta makes sense why he ends up being the blacksmith that upgrades Divine and Occult weapons. You have to wonder if they scrapped the lore, or just putting it into the game to make it more Miyazaki-mysterious.
