I'ma go with Big Hat. Can't be Lautrec since no one would be able to stroke his "rim" in his jail cell. It could be Laurentius I guess. I'm going to go with Big Hat Logan since he was put in a jail cell and he had a "rim" of his hat to get stroked.

It also says "this wretched face" and the Butcher wears that sack on her(eh, I think that is a female) head, so seeing their face is out of the question. I think it would be Big Hat

Since I'm the first one voting banshee, I'd like to point out how they were sealed alongside the dark wraiths and four kings by the sealers of new londo, and that Ingward overlooks the flooded city atop the church on the farside.

Is the rim of a hood also called a rim? Laurentius is the only one who's locked up in a way that someone could stroke his rim. That is, assuming it's not metaphorical.

Except that Yulia is commonly thought to be his Uchigatana, not the bowl.
You can destroy the the bowl and he still talks to Yulia.
Also you should always have the answer as a choice. This one was kind of lame, sorry.
