Just discovered the leo ring

I've been trying for a while to make a build I'm completely comfortable with and after trying tanks, strength builds, rolly polly katanas I've ended on this, and while it might not suit everyone I've had an absolute scorcher of a time invading in the archives today, the leo ring on a build like this is absolutely mad.

What do you guys think of the leo ring? Had any good or bad experiences with it? (I know the build is a little generic)

the leo ring makes a number of weapons absolutely scary, it makes the lucerne viable and makes things like the balder side sword op, one of the coolests uses i've seen for it was with the pierce shield siegmeier gives you, cause when you attack with said shield it can block at the same time allowing you to trade very effectively with the leo ring!

That's a good point the 2 handed R2 would be really effective against spammers. I've found 2 handed the halberd on a quality build with the leo can hit upwards of 750, it's quite hilarious to see how quickly people back up and rethink what they're doing once they take a hit like that.

Pickaxe, Warpick, Halberd and Claymore are my favorite weapons to use while rocking the Leo Ring. Especially when you offhand a spear and a thrusting weapon on your mainhand. The results are endless.

The Greatsword is the scariest with the Leo Ring. 1100+ damage unbuffed is a scary thing to fight against.

The GS is great but it's such an obvious tell that they want to trade hits with you. Once you know that and keep away from them, the GS is pretty useless in the hands of inexperienced players.

I usually prefer the greatswords move set to the zwei handers but pulling off those R2s is difficult at the best of times, let alone a counter hit, then again I'm a pretty low level pvper so I can't be sure I bet the rolling attack with UGS's is handy for the leo ring.
