looks like that is only for the Disk+DLC version, I don't know for certain I'm just going of his ^ image.

It apparently fixes the on-line flashing glitch in the DLC areas, which is great news if it turns out to be true.

@Conrack- maybe, but I think it's a given that a fix will not be limited to those of us who have invested in the disc, as we are few in comparison

I'd hazard a guess and say it fixes both, disc and PSN download, and that the description in the photo is somewhat misleading. After all, regardless of how you got the DLC, you've still ended up with Dark Souls with Artorias of the Abyss Edition, and so I wouldn't stress too much if I were you.

no patch over the weekend, i'm now thinking that it will likely appear sometime on tuesday when PSN updates in my region…i started a new play through with a new toon and i'm taking my sweet time getting to the DLC, hopefully it will be patched by then.

Really hope we get the patch soon. I can't imagine they'd release it only for the PC version when so many console users are being affected.

From what I've read its PS3 only, which really pisses me off. I'm considering switching over to Xbox.

uh.... I'd really like the Futurama " I dont want to live on this planet anymore" image here.
so because of a technical oversight that likely had nothing to do with From's side of it and likely a change in netcode somewhere on psn that had a slim chance of effecting the game, in which sadly it did effect it, Suddenly means the ps3 is bad and that the 360 is immune to similare problems that could occur?
apparently I made him mad because I don't agree with people who are willing to go out and buy either a new game or console because ONE problem has occured
