    Could it be that we are experiencing the flickering of light within Oolacile because we are supposed to?

    Could it be that as people use the "dark arts" the light is being extinguished? Could that same situation soon affect the rest of the game (outside of the DLC) as people use the dark magic in other portions of "time"?

    Interesting, but if true, how to we counteract this loss of light?

    Last night I saw this "loss of light" in the Duke's Archives. I doubt it is meant to be, but would be very interesting.

    I believe it is a bug as this isn't an issue on Xbox or PC.

    If it was ONLY bonfires doing it. Yes. I could go with that, cool idea really. But when summon signs,messages, fog gates, some enemies even, magic spells and lord knows what else also flicker. Its a bug, and it needs fixing. NOW

    Yes, it is just a bug, as I'm on the PC and never experienced this....

    I think most of us, myself included, played through the DLC at least once before the bugs started. I actually ran through it twice with different characters and there were no graphics issues at all. I think if it were on purpose it would have been present the whole time.

    It wasn't an issue the first weeks on ps3 either, that's what is so puzzling. They supposedly cleared the leaderboards, but that didn't fix it either.

    As I said in the other thread, my game is fine the first minute or so after logging on, but once messages, ghosts and signs start to appear it all goes haywire.

    The fact that it was out for weeks, some players even finished it and we're on replays, and it started happening on one day point to server code getting borked somewhere. At least that is what I think.
