I get it. I thought it was nice, not sure if she's serious about what she wrote or if she's just being poetic for the sake of being poetic and wanted a canvas.

2 ways of interpreting the first stanza, it seems personal so i won't get into it but You'll never know unless you try, you don't want to be in the future looking at the what if's, they can tear you up. Take a chance, hindsight is a terrible thing.

You're a mass murderer, sometimes you plan on killing me, but you don't know how to do it exactly, so you never try, sometimes you get sick of your inability to slay me, so you consider suicide since I am the one target who shall never meet his end at the hands of your pencil if death and destruction.

ohh I'm either too tired or too stupid to understand this but..

Using this guy > AnCapaillMor < interpretation I can say that this "moral" or something has some impact in my life right now, if only I had some danm oportunity!

The pencil represents death.
I'm quite fond of drawing... which is done with a pencil: death.
Some drawings... they are easy to finish...
While other drawings... they take much planning...

But what is death, is it the end of dreams? of hope? asperations? as you transition from thoughts to paper\canvas hoping that you'll perfectly capture that thought that dream. what is paper\canvas.

Was the poem to reveal something about the author or the poem to reveal something to the reader with their intterpretation.

The great thing about art is it is in the eye of the beholder. to me, it was to reveal something about myself. To you, perhaps it's for the reader.

Touche reminds me of Snooty Mcbogerballs, great southpark episode. Not that i'm saying the poem was anything like butters book, very impressive actually.

Life ends with death. When one finishes a drawing, they might feel satisfation, even if they don't, others appreciate the piece of art.
When faced with death, some never draw again, others are drawn to it, like a moth flittering toward a flame.

Occasionally, I picture 'drawing' you. Bringing life to an end. When I do, i always wind up drawing you with the head of a lamb... symbolizing how easily i could snuff out your light, if i deemed it necessary...

But I know, I'd never feel satisfied with such a 'drawing' The consequences far outweigh the benefits: nearly none.

Usually... usually i don't even draw a sketch, or really start considering how i'd go about some such act. These were special circumstances, though... something i won't further discuss.

Wow. Just. Wow. That is great. Also, it is one of those poems(Or at least something in the format of a poem) that is creepily....relatable to me. Not with artwork, but something else.
