As far as video games go... it's universal age doesn't matter =) I'm 28 about to be 29 and most of the games you guys are talking about I have fond memories of. I freaking love Ratchet and Clank every time a new one comes out I try and get my boys to play it lol. I'll tell you what's horrible though is this new Skylanders stuff.... My 8 year old is nuts about them and it's such a money trap.. If pokemon had discovered the toy + game deal before them omg imagine the money we would have all spent lol...

Hmm...games that influenced my childhood, huh? In no particular order as I think of them:

    1. Banjo-Tooie
    2. Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
    3. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
    4. Super Mario 64
    5. Super Smash Bros.

Top 5 hardly does this justice though, I could easily make a top 10 and still probably have a few left over.

My 6 year old son loves that skylanders game & I have to admit I like playing with him. It's really well done even though it is a money black hole.

My nephews and their uncle (my oldest brother) love Skylander. It does seem rather well done

Then feel free to do so. Hell, you could make a top 25 if that pleases you. Top 5 was only an example. big grin

    In no particular order:

    Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
    Metal Gear Solid 3
    Age of Empires 2
    Super Smash Brothers 64
    Pokemon Blue

There was also a flash game I played when I was but a wee babby and it was the best thing. It was a pacman clone but with a million ghosts and more complex level design. You played as a bee and ran from ladybugs. I lost so much time to that game...

OMG! That reminds me! Yoshi's Island. I forgot to mention Yoshi's Island. I love that game so much, despite how annoying baby Mario's cry can get.

    1: Toy Commander
    2: Chu Chu Rocket
3: Age of Mythology: The Titans
    4: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge
    5: Pokemon Yellow,Red,Blue
    6: Rise of Nations

    Zapper and Hugo(the troll).

    Hugo:

I'm kind of ashamed to admit it, but i do want to play those games again. Especially Hugo, and i'll blame nostalgia for that.

oh god the memories of roughly 10 years ago!!!
    1. Super mario 64
this one is the reason i got into games, when i was really little i has asthma and i was in hospital pretty much all the time, because i was such a loud child they put me in the games room and i spent my time playing this. it was just such a magical game, it is the only reason i feel the need to look at the new mario games just in case.
    2. sonic Adventure 2: battle
anyone who has played this game knows why
    3. Crash bandicoot
whenever i went to a kids club i played this, great game.
    4. Pickmen 2
brilliant game, spent hours on it and just all round loved it, im a little upset that i wont be getting a wii U for 3
and last but not least 5. LUIGIS MANSION
this may just be the best thing ever, fun, fast, scary and funny. i am so excited for number 2 and just cant wait big grin
