Missing Bloodstain

I'm pretty pissed guys, i was going through the catacombs with 99humanity and a **** ton of souls and i did one too many r1s on a mob fell right where you drop down to the blacksmith at. Since i had so many humanity and souls i put on a ring of sacrifice and made my way to my bloodstain. Or so i thought, it is nowhere to be found. It isn't even in the air where i fell or something weird like that. I looked everywhere, even the areas i had not stepped foot in. It is just not there. I know 99humanity isn't that big of a deal, but this is pretty darn annoying. Has this ever happened to any of you, i tryed reloading and nothing. Pretty lame glitch.

Well it's really not, pvp+ the new contents amazing humanity farming spots and i will be back at 99 soon. It is more annoying then anything. To be honest i care more about the souls. It was my Max LVL(almost) character, and i was going to use those souls to level up. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but i'm SL 622. I'm trying to get to 666( ) and each level cost around 7mil, and i had about 16mil i believe. I guess it wont take long to get those back either, by killing gankers in the forest.


It just pisses me off that i have to put the effort into doing those things not because i *** up getting to my bloodstain, but because the game glitched and it didn't appear. I've started using ring of sacrifice when i die, no matter how easy it seems to go get the bloodstain. I just don't want a silly fall death to mean i have to farm 99 humanity. Sucks that despite the fact i was being extremely cautious i still got punished.

oh well, it's just that I don't like farming, I always get all my humanity from bosses and from invading, all the way to 99.

Don't give up hope on the souls...I'm guessing the stain is there someplace. I had something like this happen to me in the DLC (Oolacile Township). I fell down a lift shaft, and expected to find the stain right at the edge. Wasn't there. I looked everywhere, and was sure they were gone. I did a bit of coop, went back to the bonfire, and kind of forgot about it. Then I noticed them in a spot nowhere near where I had fallen. Not sure if the game just threw them in a random spot because I died in a fall, but I did stumble on them.

That 's a lot of souls...how do you earn that many through regular gameplay? PvP?

The bloodstain is in the place you were a bit before you died (like 5-10 seconds before).

No....it isn't...I searched. I looked even in spots on the ceiling near where i fell. It isn't anywhere to be found. I'm guessing it either just glitched and isn't there, or is in a wall somehow.

Can anyone confirm if Chester sells an unlimited supply of humanity or not? Because I bought much more from him than any other merchant IIRC. Just another option for humanity if so.

Losing Souls isen't THAT annyoing now. I mainly use them to buy titanite Shards, Lagre titanite Shards etc. etc.
But losing Humanities Just suck... Im a Darkmoon Blade and Im not the Type that farm AND ON top of that, i Use (SOMETIMES) Chaos weapons.

So whenever I lose Humanity i either get Lucky on a Rat or a Hosting Host gives me some.
