I'll probably be picking it up if not just for the custom games. I've never been a huge fan of Halo multiplayer, but I love playing the custom games that people make

Personally i'm looking forward to it as a gamer, but as a halo fan i fear it might not follow the classic halo feel that it once had. I fear it might be going into the mainstream gaming as well, not that it wasn't already. Just kinda worried it's gonna be f*cked up. Still, pre-ordered the Limited Edition.

Im looking forward to it. I want to know more about master chief since even the books didnt show you much of his character.

I'm still only half way, but his you do get to know him a little better throughout the campaign than before. He's more human then before so...

Who's up for some Legendary Spartan Ops this weekend?!

I just got the game today as well, my dad and I played through some of the campaign and it's pretty damn fun.

My XBOX Live account isn't "On" I guess, so no online for me right now, but Dad likes the online in Halo lol so maybe soon. I'de love to work together with you guys in things.

I wouldn't really call myself a fan, but the story in Halo is kinda interesting, so that keeps me latched on a bit, if anything.

My FPS abilities are horrid XD so I don't know how well I'll perform should we ever group up, but I'de love to keep trying. My Gamer Tag, I think it's called, is XachAttack. If it's not obvious, I don't know much about the Xbox, I'm a PS3 guy mainly.

Don't worry though, I don't take part in the console war crap lol.

The more the merrier. As for Spartan Ops and skills, as far as i know, it's like campaign. You can't fail, you can only die and respawn, so no worrying about skills.

And if you're a PS3 kind of guy, Halo 4 will change that, trust me.

You should be. And just a piece of advice, as far as i know, along with the multiplayer, it's going to take 8 GB. I haven't actually checked for myself if it did, but that's what i've heard. And spartan, i want to see you on the field asap.

That shouldn't be a problem I don't care much for my old game files. So deleting some things will be easy.

I'm probably not going to try out multiplayer though mainly because I don't have a gold membership for my account. I'm more interested in one of my favorite protagonists, The Master Chief.

I know you said you wanted to play because of Master Chief, but if you enjoy the campaign itself, Spartan Ops does still offer a continuation in story kind of. It takes place after the events, so it might interest you a little bit, although it doesn't offer much storywise.

If it offers some story I'll try it out but the first thing I'm really looking into is the campaign.

You should still consider playing some multiplayer. There's atleast a couple of guys here interested in the game, so hosting customs is always fun. It's not necessarily just kill, kill and kill. It could just be some fun map/gametype. Think about it.

And who doesn't like teamwork?!

I hear ya co-op is always jolly, but I don't know if I have the money.

I still have to buy the DLC for Dark Souls to. Unless if you can go into customs without gold membership.

I know Spartan Ops is a no no. As for customs, i have no idea.

Hm, well at the moment my mind is still in debate with renting this game. I'm trying to save up change from gas money for the Dark Souls DLC which at the moment, is much more important.

You guys know whats funny I never completed the campain on MW2 or MW3 cause the story was never that intresting I only played for the multiplayer.

Now the Halo series I always complete the main story.
