Hmm... Did you turn the Sen's boulder machine so that the boulders wouldn't go his way? I think that's what causes him to move, rather than only talking to him. If it's not that, I'm not sure what could have happened...

that happens to me all the time, go back and talk to him, homeward out and hopefully he wodve moved from there. to this point i have no idea whatt makes him move out since i alway move the boulders away from his direction and he sometimes doesnt move, its really random and pretty annoying.

It's the boulder thing. tuyrn it to where it just falls off and he'll be at anor londo. I never talk to him until I get to Anor Londo XD

It's not. Go back there, he'll be there. Events like this can be done even after the kiln is open. I've done them all after powerleveling at the kiln on xbox. xD GOD IT FEELS GOOD TO START OVER ON PS3!!

Yep, these events can be done anytime regardless of where you are at (the only exception being if you intend to save Solaire, I think)...'tis the same with Big Hat Logan. I remember one playthrough he got imprisoned in the Archives cell after Seath was already dead, and then he told me to destroy the Primordial Crystal in order to defeat him...hehehe.
