I need something new to beat things with :)

Ok so my stats that matter are STR 50 , DEX 38 ( soon to be 40) INT and FTH are both 20 and I dont plan on raising them much. So far I have a Manserpant GS +15 , MS GS lightning +4 , MS GS Fire +9 , MS GS Divine +9. The split damage on all the MSGS is never as good as the +15 so I never finished them. I also have a BK sword +5 , Great Lord Greatsword +5 and a Cursed Greatsword of Artorias +5. Currently the Cursed Artorias does the most damage by one point over the GL GS. The question is , is there anything in that same weight range that will give me better damage output? Would appreciate any suggestions , thanks.

How about something other than the MSGS?

With that stats you could use the Abyss Greatsword. It's similar to the Cursed GSoA. Different Moveset though. You could try the Murakumo. The Zweihander, I think it scales some with Dex too, so it could work with your build. Dragon Weapons are fun to use, but most of them don't scale, though you will be able to use them because you have 50 STR. Priscilla's dagger sucks so don't use it.

Look for straight swords. Don't do much damage, but they are versatile and fun to use, and they will scale very will because you have both high STR and DEX.

Also don't forget that with 20 INT you can use Oolacile's Ivory Catalyst (180 MAG ADJ) with GMW (Great Magic Weapon) which will give a big increase in magic damage.

Zweihander. Hardly heavier than the MSGS, if at all, and will give you better damage output and range -- especially two-handed. With those stats, though, you could use just about anything. Why not try the Dragonslayer Spear?

Requires 24 Faith, and the lighting damage scales with FTH. I think he wants to focus in STR and DEX weapons.

Actually, the Dragonslayer Spear doesn't require any faith whatsoever, although it does scale with the stat for its lightning damage. More to the point, though, it's extremely lengthy and has brutal two-handed heavy attacks.

Oh, you're correct sorry, but it's certainly not very useful without faith. But with 20 faith I think you're correct, it would be an useful weapon.

Halberd, with those stats its a beast.

Thank you guys for all the suggestions. Like most of the ideas. Zweihander I am not real fond of , its a little slow , but it does scale pretty good with my stats. Thanks again everyone.

Try the Mura, it'll give better damage than your Greatswords especially if you have 40 Dex.

Ive become a big fan of the Gargoyle Halberd... give it a try 2 handed and see what you think.
