Are you in spirit form? (Stupid question i know)
If yes, then you have to regain your human form by one of these following ways:
1.Using an ephemeral eye. (Not recommended, these are rare)
2.Killing someone (NOT AN NPC) With a black eye stone.
3.Killing a demon.
4.Helping someone kill a demon.
If no, then you might not be the right SL range for that area, what place are you at, and what's your SL?

right now I am trying to get passed 1-2 but a fog wall wont let me into 1-3... SO I am doing the 4 area... I am either 29 or 39 xD I havent played since 2 nights ago so I dont remember exactly O.O
