Undead Rapport - HUH - Good God! - what is it good for? Absolutely nothin'?

I had a concept for a character to be a Silver Knight and wait to be invaded in Anor Londo. I would then, hopefully, use Undead Rapport on other silver knights to try and get a Silver Knight gang bang going (I don't see it as ganking).

But... doesn't work on Silver Knights according to the wiki. I went down the list, and see why this never gets used. The list of enemies you can use it on is very slim, and if it wears off, you're in trouble.

So... what good is this spell for? I can think of a handful of very situational uses with a large amount of setup time (because you have to cast this spell point blank, which means sneaking up on the enemy).

So what's it good for? Anyone have any good stories out there?

i dunno. confusing phantoms in the burg? nothing.

it's more a tool for players that want to pve differently.

i've considered using it with a stealthy character for pve.

Getting yourself killed.

I've seen people use rapport on BP mobs like the Berenike Knight in the Parish or the butcher in the depths while gravelorded. It seems like a ton of fun to surprise invaders with but like what was already mentioned, you'd be in huge trouble once it wore off....

i use it for mahou shojo builds when they pose after or before a duel.

I am so, SO very tempted to abuse my moderator powers to change the title of this thread to "Undead Rapport - HUH - what is it good for?" so people can post pages of 'Absolutely nothing' whilst throwing in the occasional 'Say it again now'.

well it actually provides a large damage bonus on the mobs you cast it on and as an invader I never expect a hollow to turn around and smack me up for half my health .... so it has potential I guess.

Just individual enemies. wont brainwash multiple at once. but DAT DAMAGE.
