Can't Indict...

When the indictment screen comes up with the Yes/No question. I've always been going to YES and pressing X(PS3). The more indictments the better for the Dark Moon ppl right?

Going through my inventory I noticed that all my characters all have 99 Indictments. It hasn't been working. I've never gotten a confirmation screen saying the person was indicted. So I figured I was doing something wrong. Tried pressing every other button, tried selecting NO (thinking maybe the selection highlighting was inverting) etc... with no luck.

Can someone tell me what's up?

P.S. It's not DM that I can't indict or ppl I've summoned to fight. Regular DW invasion. I die. Message pops up. I choose Yes and figure all is good. Only to find out, it's not.

So are you getting invaded by Blue people or Red People. You can't indict Blues.

yep cant do it to spirits of vengeance that why you fear the Darkmoon Blade and sometimes forest people

You should be able to indict Dark Wraiths. That is weird.

As of patch 1.05, indictments are no longer consumed when you use them. Thus, one indictment is enough for all of your indicting needs. I can basically guarantee that you're successfully indicting if you press "yes." Cheers.
