This is stupid, FromSoftware

I decided to buy the PC version of Dark Souls on Steam, even though I already have it for PS3. But oh well, because it uses the crappy GFWL (Games for Windows Live), and GFWL blocked my country Argentina (don't know why); I can't buy the game. Why did FromSoftware chose it? I know they are new to PC developing, but it's not that hard to realize that you could use Steam itself to have online management.

When From annouced they will use GFWL for Dark Souls, many people complained and claimed that Steam was a better choice, funny enough, From announced Dark Souls will be available through Steam. But still uses GFWL.

Umm, I'm not going to comment on that, all we know is the online component uses GFWL, but we don't know if it will be on steam or not.

Sorry but you're incorrect. GFWL is COMPLETELY BLOCKED in my country. I can't buy any games that uses GFWL on Steam because Microsoft decided to block it for Argentina. And I can't play online games that use GFWL either, unless I use a account with fake information. Another example of this is Egypt. Steam just fulfills legal part.

AND IT WAS ON STEAM I SAW IT, PEOPLE ALREADY PRE-ORDERED but Steam tends to block the proper game some days before launch. Basically Steam let people buy it until some days ago, then they fulfilled they part and blocked in the correspondent countries. I should had bought it when I saw it, even still I would have needed to create a fake account in another country for GFWL, to being able to play online.

Um, the PC version is going to suck. If you already have it on console, why not just play that?

That's crap. First, PSN; now, this. I don't know if its Microsoft, From, or Namco-Bandai's fault. It sucks royally either way.
