random halo/circles

I was thinking of doing this section soon in my NG+ Maybe I will head down tonight and see what's up now that I have most miracles. I got a pendant too this time around so maybe that'll be the key

Ok you did mention skulls. I'm down here right now and I see no rings at all.

ok. not with the game right now so im doing this by memory. but from the bottom, exiting from the blacksmith, you head left all the way. there should be an entrance. pyromancer and 2 skeleton archers in there. kill them. then look around. two rings can be found on the ground. they look like the one you see after beating the boss atop sens fortress but you cant interact with them.

i cannot be the only one who sees these!

That's the place. If you come down the long way...from the area with the T itanite Demon and Gravelord Covenant Coffin, go down the ladders all the way. Take a left I believe to get to the archers. One always appears right about at their feet while the other is at the other end of that hall. It's where there's still stonework right before the cave. If you get bombed by a flying head you've gone too far.

Ok at the spot, I came from the normal route, hollow with boss cleared and I see no rings of any kind. If it's yellow like the one at sens then it would be some form of warp ring I imagine.

I'll stick around for a bit and see if anything appears at least.

they are always there. never came down that way though. always through the blacksmith way. but i mean, i've made 7 characters with multiple NG+'s and they've always been there.

Any chance you can take a picture? I really want to see these things.

I came down Blacksmith way first time and other route every other. PPG-3- I'm with you all the way. Seems to be always there for me too. If I get the chance to play tonight I will make this my mission to get to and take a picture/experiment. Haven't been down yet on NG+ so hopefully the game doesn't make a liar out of me.

WhKnight...They always appear as white circles for me. I did Sen's first and had never seen a resonance ring yet. I thought that I found an interactive trigger of some kind (was almost expecting demons to grab me).

Here's video of the two rings. I am not a magic build at all so I equipped the white seance ring for a grand total of two attunement slots. The video is not great but should be able to see that both heal and replenishment are resonating. They're definitely resonance rings but pretty odd nonetheless. I was under the impression that they were specific to a miracle. Both of these rings disappear and each one resonated with both my miracles. Also, they are always in precisely these spots. My guess is they are there just to show off this game feature but weird they decided on two in the same spot and nowhere else in the game. Finally, pendant does nada here 8')

Ok, interesting. First thought is maybe luring the skeletons in there and using miracles but even then they shouldn't be reappearing in the same spot that quickly, I'm stumped.

So do they disappear then reappear for you or are they constantly there?

and i agree, very odd putting 2 there just to show off the resonance skill. why there? why 2? oh well. thanks for verifying.

No problem. These have been bugging me a long time. I didn't wanna bore everyone with video for too long but both rings come and go. I briefly contemplated timing them or trying to wait and see a pattern but I got a late start playing and need at least a few hours sleep for work. Since I'm already in the area I will probably attune two different miracles and look again when I get there to see if they resonate as well. If anyone has any ideas on other things to try/equip let me know, I'm sl120 with most equipment and magic.

Went back with Emit Force and Sunlight Blade. Force resonated, blade did not. Pretty much what I expected.

Apart from maybe testing more spells/items in this area I still have a big question surrounding these though. Are they there for everyone? It seems like a lot of players have no idea about these two rings when they're brought up.
