That really sucks , do you know how it happened?

I went on dark souls tried to load my game and it said that the save file is corrupted.

So nobody can invade me apparently...
Finally made it through NG+ with my char, but I've been sitting in the archives for 45 minutes with the bonfire pretty much continuously out, and yet no invasions. :|

I have all my ports forwarded, anybody got any ideas?

Is your bonfire continuopusly out or does it go on off on off? If its continuous quit reload,its its on off Ive got nothing.

It was pretty much out continuously. Tried reloading a couple times to no effect. Just tried restarting the game, and now I can't even see summon signs, amazing. My first suspect is windows live.

Have I mentioned how much I hate games for windows live yet? I really wish From had chosen some kind of DRM/server infrastructure other than that piece of garbage.

Edit: While I was sitting here bored, I stuck my current invasion build for you guys to look at. Figure I can always use critiques.

Wilks, you were told yesturday by Wyrm to stop invading. We are suppose to be Hosting for this war. Today, while Wyrm's not here you decide that you were going to invade, again. sigh. Then you decided to switch sides and fight for the Ds...fine. However, you sat in LH chat taunting Lifehunters. You apparently think that you can do whatever you want to do when you want to it and where you want to do it regardless of any rules that have been set down in the covenant and for this war. You brought this on yourself...and left no choice.

Oh, Spur, if you're still up and what to hop on PC for a minute, I can give you some of those materials. I know you'll probably continue on PS3, but if you need them for the char I'd be happy to pass some off. I'm just sitting bored in the archives doing nothing. >_>

To give you some idea of how bored I am, apparently it's perfectly safe me to alt-tab to post on the forums... :x

Yeah the low invader activity in the Dukes is surprising. Does your character has sin? If not try invading some people to get indicted, then try hosting and see if you can catch some DMs.

Yeah, I finally got invaded by one guy, and it was actually a DM. Unfortunately we killed each other, so I'm not sure if I get a point for that or not. =(

Why arent the LH invading its wat you guys do isnt it?

Well, considering the background of the war, I figure it's not very appropriate for defenders to be invading people. As invaders, it's entirely possible we could end up fighting the NK's as well as enemies attacking. Just doesn't seem to make much sense to me.

You could be counter attacking.... fending off the invading forces by preempting their assaults?

I dunno but Dough and some of the guy on the war thread are coming up with ways to improve our war organisation. Like imposed time restrictions, specific days, point allocation being universal, etc.

I'm stopping at 60 points today. Really didn't have enough time to play, so I'll try to reach the 100 mark tomorrow.

LH should be allowed to double their score, considering the low invader activity....

I don't think it would be fair if i doubled my score.

And i definitively did't have a low invader rate, i had a really high one.

Thats good to know Spur... Felt like DS had the upper hand...

I made like 61 points in about 4 hours... And that time includes my PSN being F**cked up for more than 30 mins in between...

I made 476 points in 13 hours.
