But there is a Catalyst that scales with FTH and a Talisman that scales with INT. So long as you have the base stats to cast a spell/miracle, you can have it scale with the other stat if it's higher.

remember how broken the tob was? if you could wog then hsm then csm with 1 thing and inside 5 seconds the game would be ruined.
