I like it, I would switch Havel's for DWGR and level it up to SL 120. I would ditch Power Within and equip RTSR. Or just DWGR + fap ring.

I'm not even good with power within, dunno why I put it there...
I think this is a bit better, more health, more normal damage,and more stamina.

Yeah that's the perfect warrior build.

The fast roll build is better.....a "perfect warrior" does not cartwheel around like an acrobat.

Use ring of fap, havel's and whatever endurance it takes to fast roll.

Problem with that lexy is that 40 end.(for stamina) + Havel's ring + RoFaP is overkill for a fast roll and besides, I suck with power within.
My experience with my Redhand cov. build now tells me that...
