    So after I lost my characters after being stupid on my part. I lost the new ones I made...

    I was playing and then the power went out. You guys know the rest of the story...

    Lol, yeah. She a year and a half so it's understandable! That doesn't stop me from ripping my hair out though...never been this bald. =(

    Just think yourself lucky that you're not having to compete with your child for DkS playtime, like I'm currently having to with my eldest. 🇳🇴

    The sad thing is I know it's only a matter of time before she becomes better than me, and when that day comes she's banned from playing on my PS3! lol

    @ Backwards Baboon, ya I'm on ps3 but the save file is corrupted. I think it gets backed up if you have ps+

    Lost 3 characters after the power went out. i wasnt THAT fussed. it gave me an opportunity to try new builds i had been thinking about!

    Oh, I didn't realize it was only a ps+ thing. Luckily I've never lost a save file yet on either system, but I can imagine how frustrated you must be!

    Take it as a revelation, as of how you and your avatars are losely connected and fragile, open towards removal by intention or not. The best thing to do is to make sure that avatars are not dependable, and you are able to survive with as many different variations of beings in the world of Lordran.

    I feel no remorse for the characters I have lost, both intention or not. It takes about 10 or more characters at times to establish a stable character for me, however those that are established stay for a while... Then removed for greater reach.
