Well last night went out drinking for my nephew's 20th (don't ask why he's older lol) and all today been round his till this evening.. and then I've been watching britain get beat by south korea of all teams in the football..
I've been spending less time here lately huh?
But yeah, cookies are nice, not that popular over here as in america though, we're more into biscuits to have with our tea or cheese

I practically breathe tea.
If I'm at work I have about... 5/6 cups during my shift
why bunny, do you care for tea?

I've had lavender tea. It's surprisingly not bad. Earl grey is the best tea, though, even though I'm a coffee drinker.

I have had earl grey and lavender milk tea and it was pretty good.

Serious, I have a question for you... When you say quite, what does that mean? In North America, something like "she is quite pretty" means "she is very pretty".

Re: Random Off-Topic
lol, I think it depends on the situation honestly. As you said can mean quite a lot (seewatididthar) or more of a hesitant/shy praise, perhaps even 'quite pretty' could be 'fairly pretty'. There's no single meaning of 'quite', at least not that I'm sure of.
As with most words just depends on context and voice tone. I think the dictionary would probably agree with the absolute definition of quite though.

Re: Random Off-Topic
Thats how I use it. On its own I would guess quite would mean "very much so," as in "Cheesecake tastes good" "Quite"
