it looks something like this http://tinyurl.com/77t3ttm spur, i have seen that build A LOT, specially before the patch when tywop lasted about a min, all people would do is either use the crystal ring r2 or wog css to death your ***, the only thing you can do is either run away or chain bs them since its one of the most annoying builds in the game. a lot of people take it up to 125 or 130 to get more vit or att.

Thanks rant. I didn’t see him using WoG though, so he probably put the extra points into vit.
My tactic against builds like that is to not get caught in TWoP. Or BS them while they’re casting it.

yeah, people either go with only twop or twop and wog and he did use wog, the trick is actually beign really close to them since casting is their thing and they cant cast anything if youre close cause if they do they know theyre gonna get bs'd, just made a velka's rapier build and i love it so far, i suck with rapiers but i figured i'd give it another shot.

i was on last night because its was my birthday so i just wanted to play a lil, its actually my birthday today but im gonna go out with the wife tonight so i wouldnt be able to get on tonight. back on topic, whenever you see this build runaway from twop and after just stay close to them and bs them.
