Yes it works pretty well. you just need to GL a high traffic area. and once the eyes start working you get constant invasions! i had so much fun yesterday night gravelording the forest, at a certain time i even had a red who started to help me out when i was fighting a SoV and some forest hunter tried to bs me. Its the most fun i had in this game

Me neither, I am happy about it. Many invasions, but no black knight. Lucky me.
The GL thing is and was always a bit broken.

^Ye i know, but if ppl start invading through your GL summonsign it means that they got infected, meaning they got BP in there world.

^Wrong, though I wish that were the case. Only three people's worlds can be infected by black phantoms, but everyone on your server that is within summoning range can invade you through your GL sign. After I get invaded through my sign I usually ask if they have seen any black phantom enemies. 95% of the time I get told "No."

The gravelord covenant works, it's just unfortunately usually a gravelord either is defeated or goes offline before it takes effect for people.. I wish I saw more black phantoms in my world, would make it very fun

I had my kiln gravelorded. Even at lvl 120 and 1800 hp those guys will humble you quick!

If you've killed Nito and weren't already a part of the covenant, then you need to go to NG+ to join it. However, killing him while already in the covenant doesn't actually break the covenant, you just can't level it up any more

I just joined Gravelords for the first time with my most recent character actually. Haven't tried to infect anyone yet, but when I do I'd like to know something in advance. Can you summon white phantoms to help you while you are infecting the worlds of other people?

As soon as you activate the EoD all summonsigns dissapear, so no you cant summon anyone to help you. But if your in luck you get a nice Red phantom that helps you out a bit and you get some nice 2v2 vs the blue phantoms
