lol billy i felt the same way. this is going to be so hard to avoid temptation when the pc content will be out for so long before the dlc. that boss looks awesome, it flys and shoots lighting(which aoes in the water). looks very challenging, i like. i really dont want the dlc too seem like something ive already seen. if you look at the trailers before the release of dark souls, they show A LOT of footage. theres seriously not much they didnt show. seeing as this is dlc and will obviously have less content i could see pretty much everything being spoiled rather easily. possibly even by fromsoft themselves. thank god that a majority of the fun is fighting the enemies yourself, but a large part is also the surprise and challenge of doing it blind without prior knowledge.

in the official namco bandai live stream(which i wish was at least mentioned on gametrailers) they have more of the boss fight, and you can cut its tail off and get a weapon(they showed it). the weapon isnt shown except for the little picture when it drops. it looks just like the things tail, and is labeled as "guardians tail". speculate

Im thinking the weapon will be a great club (hammer?) class thats all spikey and cause bleed.

im sorry but that fight was kinda lame, kinda like a crappy version of sif.

its possible that boss is a mini boss. the fact that your in water and it shoots lightning will make it pretty cool. i am thinking its a mini boss.
