Epic phantoms are epic.

After starting my 17th character(im not kidding) I summoned some help as usual for taurus, what I get is a phantom who gives me full havels, skull lantern,balder shield+10,grass crest shield,demon great axe, dark night halbert and helped me beat havel.

So, basicly he ruined that playthrough for you. Well, next time...

He said it was his 17th character so I highly doubt anything was ruined for him, I wish people would do that for me when I start a new build lol

Everytime i start a new build im greeted by invaders with cheezy electric +5 weapons fliping with tower armor as well and they 1-2 hit kill me lmao. I hate thos people.

I always give helpful phantoms stuff like chunks of ore or humanities. Also boss souls if they are very funny or killed an invader.

It stimulates some to keep helping/cooping.

Congrats. It sounds like the player hooked you up! I gift sometimes if I see that the player is having a hard time and I always try to give them appropriate gear that is not completely OP for their level. It is fun and they are always grateful. Maybe I will do it some more.

red vader - he helped me with the prism stone thing after seeing how many I had placed in the burg.

I got a +15 Washing Pole, a Furysword, a +5 GLGS, +5 Lightning Avelyn, a LifeHunt Scythe, a Greatshield of Artorias, and a few other things which I cannot recall from a guy I was PvPing with the other day.

I payed him back in kind by dropping ~30 Humanity and ~40 titanite Chunks for him. We then had a series of fascinating duels.

i am against low level gifting. what i have been doing recently is gifting to people who are just getting into pvp(they sometimes dont realize that 99% of the people use maxed out gear). i dont see anything wrong with gifting to someone in the kiln who clearly doesnt have max gear(probably cause they were experimenting with different equipment). i normally gift stuff like maxed out msgs,great club,bss and +10 elite knight set,+15 grass crest and some ores. like i said though, i dont gift these things to low level players or players who clearly have not finished the game. its almost always to people i duel whos weapons do laughable dmg.

It does not matter, the fun about DkS is dying and receiving full havels and lightning maxed weapons right after defeating asylum demon is just like glitching. This is MY opinion.

I never recieved gifts from anyone untill I got further into the game
Ex: Bed Of Chaos or Seath The Scaleless.

But what I got was like 20 Humanity and a certain sheild
(My memory fails me)
