I would use it 2 handed minimum str only (34)and 40 faith for max AR.

If your going to be a grave lord might as well engoy the perks www.mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=230080780 and a dark moon bow (everyone needs somthing for those pesky people who like to run away) and because the damn things so light and with a high faith and strength and moonlight arrows you do decent dmg against PVP and PVE.
