This is a great start, if your goal is to mess with them.
Since many gankers prefer WoG +/- TWoP, I would have Vow of Silence and GMB.
If your goal is to kill them, then I would go for parries and backstabs. Equip PW, Hornet's, and CMW/DMB buffs. Then, a rapier, GC, or DKGA should one shot them.

Basically, there are two ways to make an anti-ganker build. There is this way, which is basically ganking the ganker, and really there is nothing wrong with that. Ganking the ganker is actually very effective, and is probably the easiest option. But the second option is to kill them without using the gankers tactics. But, in my opinion, it always feels better when you kill a ganker with skill, rather than kill them by using their own tactics. But thats just me. And again, there is nothing wrong with the ganking the ganker method. It is perfectly acceptable, and you have every right to it. I'm just saying, that it always feels awesome when I parry a ganker and kill him, rather than backstab him. But thats just me.

To me the two ways are different from yours. Mine are insta-gibs, which can be stunlocks, riPAWSTs, or backstabs. Yes, they are exactly what they sound like, maybe you'll roll their guts all the way back to the Undead Asylum. Option B: Draining (use their estus, humanity, blessings, blossoms, souls, or anything to piss them off).
