    I've been PvPing in the kiln for the last 7 hours now, and about 4 hours ago all gankers, except for 1 team, left and never came back.
    Why? Well... I have stolen 19140 humanity today, this is assuming the rate of 10 humanity per suck is true, and that all opponents had humanity capped at 99. I stole most of it from gankers, but about 3000 of it is from BS fishers or just rude imbeciles who try to kill me while spawning, most of whom called me a *** and stopped showing up as well. The bottom line is, Humanity takes forever to replace, and I'm good at stealing it. As soon as people do something very cheap, generally ganking, I get to work. It doesn't matter if I kill you, I just need to steal humanity once to take 10 of it, and then jump off a ledge later so my humanity resets as 0. In fact, I'm about to get a lot more efficient then I already was, thanks to what someone just told me on skype... I'm gonna start using a particular sword to TWoP them first, then steal their humanity. The final result, is the gankers leave. Usually they go to the forest, I'm planning on clearing them out there as well.

    So, how do you avoid getting utterly destroyed by Gankers? First off, change your spawn, start the invasion prompt near the Ultra Great Sword using BK, and you'll start in a different location. This permits you to avoid instant ganks via TWoP or other such stupidity. The forest might be more difficult, but you can do the same thing by starting it near Alvina, reducing successful ganks by just a minor amount. Get poise to 77 and tank their blows.

    I want multiple people to start this right now, dark hands everywhere. The gankers will leave.

    I'm starting now. Question, if you've got 99 humanity, does it still reduce their count by ten, even though it doesn't go to you? I don't want to have to double suicide everytime I hit 99.

    If you don't have room for the humanity, it just vanishes and no one gets it. But yeah, the person who gets sucked loses the humanity.

    At some point, after rank +3, you'll hit a limit and can not offer anymore humanity to Kaathe. Which is quite sad.

    Leave the cov and then rejoin. Pretty sure dropping a rank will open it back up.

    I think this should be the new official way of "cleansing" an area. Get a bunch of guys to go down there with identical builds.

    The Kiln is overrated in terms of gank fests, there are less than people make out in my experience, maybe it's gotten worse in the last month while I haven't been playing, but there's plenty of 1v1 action to be had there.

    And for whatever reason, it's mostly 1v1 during the day (EST), but at night it's a MASSIVE gankfest.

    That's why I always stopped playing normal online when all the americans came on the game, as all the gankers started showing up. silly

    seriously though, I found that before american evening came round it's okay, then it turns worse as all the mothers let their 12 year olds on to gank for a while before bed time.

    Just got ganked. It worked first try. Stole eight humanity, leaving him with none. This idea deserves a lot of +1's. If I knew how to give 'em, I would.

    Some of the gankers returned to X-box this evening. When I tried to steal their humanity and failed, they taunted me about how I can't steal what they don't have...
    So I started backstabbing them again. Gankers are generally reduced in numbers now, but a few of them are more stubborn then I gave them credit for.

    another spawn point for red phantoms in the forest is right in front of sifs door. those of you hoping to be forest bandits may find this useful. also rynn... if they no longer have humanity then they'll be that much easier to kill <3... also could you acid surge them to cost them souls if you ever get the chance.

    My char doesn't have any attunement slots, in addition I know from experience that running right through the acid only causes about 1,500 souls in losses. It would only annoy Katana users.
