Confused about Pyromancy Flame Trade

Here's what I want to do:

Get another red slab, because I have already used the one found in the chest.

I understand that I can farm those Chaos Octopus things, but I also understand that I can trade my Pyromancy Flame with Snuggly.

Question: I am very late in the game. If I trade in my Pyromancy Flame with Snuggly, will I be able to get another one in my current game or will I have to wait until NG+? This is important, because I would like to have my flame for the final boss.

I understand that you can buy one from that Eingiyi guy if you don't already have one, but currently, he doesn't have one for sale, even though I have done the whole egg head thing with him. I am assuming this is because I already have the flame, but I am hoping that if I trade my current flame with Snuggly, Einyiyiyi will have one for sale for me.

Is that true? Does anyone else have them this late in the game?

Eignyi doesnt sell you one he gives you one. We're not sure on the requirements though. It may have something to do with chaos servant rank or you may just need 12 int. Just talk to him a few times and if he doesnt give you one glevel up int slowly and try at each level. My pyromancer had int 14 and he gave me one.

He gives you one if your class doesn't start with one. But I believe that if Laurentius gives you one before him, he doesn't gives it. I believe that you can get 1 of only one of them every playthrough. So if you're, a Warrior, Laurentius or Eignyi (whoever you talk first) gives you one. Though I never received a pyro hand from Eignyi. So I'm just guessing he gives you one if you don't talk to Laurentius first (I never did this).

I think Engyi gives you one if you drop the one Laurentius gives you. Will try it anyway because I need an unupgraded pyro (mine is at +10 for Quelana).

Nope. Ive had 2 on one of my playthroughs. It was on my pyromancer char.

On two characters now he have given me a new flame when my int was raised to 11, even though I had a flame on me.
On another character he never asked, but I didn't raise int until after I bought his spells and went through his dialogues.
