I know it's difficult to hit the magic number 53 with low endurance and no wolf ring. Also Viral make your light Artorias a Darkmoon.

Looks good to me. I don't have experience with the murakumo, but in my opinion I would use it two-handed minimum strength. I've seen the one handed R1 attacks, and their good dead angle hits. Other than that everything seems right, equip FAP ring and DWRG if you are using medium armor or havel's ring if you are using heavy armor. For light armor I suggest bellowing dragon crest for the pyros or wolf ring.
