Indictments for invaders - Rewards or Punishments?

Basically what the topic says. Seems like an interesting issue to poll about so here goes.

To me, indictments are a reward to the invader to help them gain notoriety in the Book of the Guilty.

Intrested to see the results... 50/50 after 4 votes.

After the long discussion on my topic I've decided it's a Reward.

I'd say it was a punishment, I don't want to be killed by Mildred.

I honestly don't know, because an invader was the one to give me the indictment

If they give me a good match, they get indicted, douchebags get sweet F.A. though
