Good/Best Equip/Wep for Dex????

40 vitality 30 endurance 25dex 20 str 15int 0faith 2 attunements

Hi,

Starting to Pvp and getting my *** handed to me. Currently Im using a DK sword +5 Boar Helm DK shield Silver Knight armor set. Pyro at +15 using fire orb and fire ball.



Money isnt an object. What is a great build with my stats? Better yet what should I level up or not level as well. My idea was to get a great sycthe with +10 fire and use dark knight armor all round +5. Or should I go lighter....? Im not so much dieing from BS's. Im dieing by poise being broken and the opponent dealing 5 hits on me....

Put endurance to 40, equip Havel's Ring and equip a Heavy Armor of your choice. If you feel too slow equip Dark Wood Grain Ring. If you don't like Heavy Armor then find an Armor combination that gives 53 Poise.



Edit: If you like Dex put Dex to 40 and use a Katana/Scythe/Dagger/Rapier of your choice. Put Int to 25 to cast a Crystal Magic Weapon, powerful buff.

For greatswords yes. I don't know for Great Hammers nor Great Axes, but I think it's 76.

If you want a Fire Great Scythe +10 those 25 Dex and 20 Str are a waste.

why? I cant understand the scaling letters on this website. A, B, E, all the letters what do they exactly mean. I need to know what the letters mean so I can figure out which weapon to go with.

'A' means lots of scaling, 'E' means little scaling. 'S' is the best scaling, only a few weapons have it. 40 Dex/Str/Faith/Int is the magic number for scaling, because after that the increase isn't noticeable. A weapon that increases 3 AR per point will stop increasing the Damage at 40.

Jesus, been playing this game since Jan. and just now found that out. U should have them put it on the website for people like me who never played demon souls.

Lol unfortunately, I don't edit on the Wiki. The Great Scythe has 'A' @ +14, as well as the Iaito. The Murakumo has 'A' scaling @+15. With 20 strength you would be able to wield two handed, so hopefully those 20 points are not a waste. Increase the Dex to 40, you will love it. Use buffs (CMW, Pine Resins) for maximum damage.

understood the fire or lightning negates the scaling. so raw to 15 then use resins.

Fire and Lightning Weapons are great for low level builds that don't have much strength or dexterity. They are good for Vit/End builds, that want to spend all their points on vitality and endurance. I prefer Scaling builds.
