Equipment Load Question

I know that under certain weights you will be able to run and roll faster <25 or <50. What I'm wondering is can I achieve the same roll speed as under 25 equipment load if I had higher overall load. For example lets say I could carry 130 weight overall and I had maybe 40 actually equipped, could I get the same roll speed as if I were under 25?

The reason I'm asking is because I want to drop my DWGR, have better mobility, AR, and poise by adding the wolf ring if I raised my endurance some more. I don't know if the above scenario is true though. Even with the lightest/best poise armor I can't reach under 25 equipment weight to get the best mobility.

Your roll is the same speed. Fast roll, medium roll, fat roll. So, 0-25% - same roll speed (fast). 25-50% - same roll speed (medium roll), >50% - fat roll.

Really, really, really high endurance and rofap.

High end, havelsring, mask of father. Plus any other ring you want.

Maybe I phrased and explained that really badly, I already knew the different roll speeds associated with their weights. I was wondering if it were possible to achieve the same roll speed under 25% equipment load if I had 40% but with much higher equipment overall if I had higher endurance.

Is there a guide to this somewhere for specifics? I don't want to invest too much endurance and waste my points.

I keep forgetting I have a scrap character, I tried it on him, even with 166 overall capacity I couldn't do the fastest roll with 44 equipment weight, I could however do it with Havel's Ring but that would require me to drop my RoFaP, oh well.
